Pumpkin Patch and Corn Maze

Pumpkin Patch

Adventure Acres offers over two miles of the most amazing pumpkin patches. These pumpkin patches are mixed with picked and ready to pick pumpkins. You, your family and friends can come here and enjoy all of the amazing pumpkins that we have to offer. Find the perfect Jack-O-Lantern or Holiday decoration to put up and around your home.  We have amazing pumpkins, gourds and much more.  Picking the right pumpkin and Jack-O-Lantern is a lot harder of a decision to make then people think.  You need to take into account the color, shape and weight.  I always try to find the deepest orange color, with a nice rounded shape, no flat spots, that is always very important and with a heavy, dense weight.  I found tons of amazing pumpkins here at Adventure Acres. These pumpkin patches have been watched and tended to so that they can guarantee some of the best pumpkins around.  Adventure Acres is a great way to start off your Fall and Halloween season. Corn Maze

The biggest eye catcher that you will notice at Adventure Acres is their eight and a half mile themed corn mazes.  Adventure Acres is known for have the largest corn maze in Ohio.  These corn mazes will change their theme where you can see it from a bird's-eye view from a watchtower that they have at Adventure Acres.  This maze that you see is the maze that they currently have up and as you can see it is pretty impressive. This corn maze stretches miles and miles long. Throughout the maze you will find checkpoints where you can try to solve Sudoku puzzles to compete for the ultimate prize, a Wii.  Also you will find that once seven o'clock hits and the sun has set the corn maze turns into a flashlight maze!  These corn mazes are some of the best around. You will have so much fun with your entire family and all your friends.  If you are worried about your younger one's going through this gigantic maze they also offer a toddler maze.  Adventure Acres toddler maze is constructed with bales of hay to be a bit more child friendly.  Adventure Acres also offers a barnyard petting zoo for everyone to enjoy along with a kids play area.  The kids play area has the bales of hay maze along with a pirate ship for the kids to climb and play on, corn box, tire towers, corn hole, sandboxes and much more.  Adventure Acres wanted to create a place where the whole family could come and enjoy themselves and not have to worry about anyone feeling left out.

You will also come to find out that Adventure Acres also offers a campfire and picnic area where you can come and enjoy one another roasting hot dogs and marshmallows.  Adventure Acres offers hay rides that will take your through the woods and then to the clearing where you can be dropped off at the picnic area.  The hayrides are roughly around thirty minutes in length, none of those five minute hayrides here.  You will also find that you can choose between two different hayrides.  Adventure Acres offers the classic John Deere Model hay ride or the red antique Mccormick hayride.  They also have corn cannons where you can shoot ears of corn up to five feet out.  Try to propel the ears of corn at the target or into the next farm field for fun times and laughs.  Also you will find a cow train that is perfect for all ages.
