This maze design is just one of four maze designs that the family has come up with to create in their corn fields. Within each maze, a person has the opportunity to stand on top of a watch tower that overlooks each maze at different points throughout the maze. This is a helpful planning strategy for those to find their party should they be lost, plan their exit course, or simply watch as their friends and family members wind themselves around countless circles and turns. This is the perfect opportunity that many have used to capture photographs of the fun.

Just right next to the mazes are the infamous corn cannons. For most visitors that visit Adventure Acres, they are surprised at the notion of launching ears of corn out of a cannon, however, the family has made it quite possible. There are many ways for people to enjoy this particular activity. These cannons have the capability of launching corn nearly 500ft., which the length and distance of two whole football fields. Placed throughout the corn field are targets for people to aim their corn at. Those who are of competitive spirit love challenging their friends and family members to see who can launch their ear of corn the furthest, or hit particular targets the most. However, it's enough for others to enjoy the simple amusements of launching corn from a cannon, which is always fun whether it's competitive or not.

Following these cannons, there's the pumpkin patch. In Columbus, Ohio, pumpkins have been picked here for years by the countless visitors that make their way to Adventure Acres. These fashioned cow carts take children on their personal sized locomotive through parts of the farmland for them to see animals and the pumpkin patch.

Upon the children's return from their train ride, family and friends gather to begin their hay ride. The hay ride takes visitors through the 76 acres of natural land through the forest and woods. During the ride, everyone has a chance to simply sit, and relax as they take in the fresh fall air, the smell of the leaves, and the sounds of trickling rivers and streams. One of the favored aspects of the fall season are the leaves and their famous colors of glorious reds, golds, browns, and yellows. While on the ride, visitors have caught glances at deer who are grazing through the lands preparing for the winter season.

At the end of the hay ride, visitors are met by a blazing fire built in the fire pit. Fed by mounds of wood, everyone is able to sit around, talk, laugh, and reminisce about their favorite parts of the day while warming themselves. All the while everyone is gathering poignant thoughts of the day, they roast marshmallows within the fire, which only the perfect start to making s'mores.
